Back to normal ?! Colombia (and others) objected to the U.S. using military aircraft and offloading detainees still in handcuffs. $Trump yelled and beat his chest like a gorilla, imposing tariffs and holds on Visas.

Let's not be naive. Sanctuary states/cities are where most of them are, and these states/cities need to be dealt with first for their non compliance and for harboring these criminals. Where's the data showing that states like FL are not also participating in these arrests.

if a city is made aware of a deportation order but refuses to turn that illegal over to ICE and then releases that criminal…. Yeah that’s harboring criminals.

By US District, in order of number of convictions: Western District of Texas, Southern District of Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, and Southern District of California.

but they do need the papers to be able to go to work. give them work cards and ss# . no voting rights. have to work x hours per year to keep your work card or make min y dollars. solutions are there, neither party wants to fix the problem although I believe the dems are much more willing to do so at this point. if they can flip the voting latin opinion to the pubs being bad again, maybe they keep delaying an obvious fix.

of course if djt wouldn't have scuttled the funding for the additional courts, etc, the problem with unprocessed wouldn't be nearly as bad

Did they stay put once Trump was elected? Neither one of us know, but I wouldn't have remained in Texas if I were them. What about the other Red states the poster was accusing of benefiting from favoritism.

Probably. Most people don't choose where they live based on who the President is. I mean, the notion is kind of ridiculous.

It is interesting how performative all of this is to you guys. Almost like you just want reality to be more like a TV show.

I see what your saying but

we had four years of a president hiding in his basement, not doing many interviews, barely able to answer questions, being directed where to go by an Easter bunny and getting lost on stage
Having a president actually do interviews, meet with the press, answer questions etc.. is.. new and exciting. Of course the masses want a show. A show of strength and power. A show of cognitive ability. Hell… a show of just showing up.
Trump is pure human trash.. make no mistake. His biggest advantage over Biden? He shows up and talks to everyone. On camera.
    His biggest weakness over Biden
    He talks… to everyone…

    This.

And it will be the same clown show 12-24 months ago. Just with excuses for Trump's failure.

It's fun to see people who believe this BS though. :)

Not sure what Trump's narcissism has to do with assertions of performative cruelty to immigrants for no purpose other than entertainment.

    Performative cruelty to immigrants?
Handcuffing illegal criminals in an airplane is not performative cruelty.
    These were not immigrants.
    These were ILLEGAL immigrants.
    There is a difference…
