The Biden administration made this crisis. It is unfathomable that the United States took in over 1 million unvetted asylum seekers since January 2023. And now you have so many asylum seekers who are migrating through Mexico that are stuck in migrant camps inside of Mexico. All because Joe Biden set the expectation of easy entry into the United States without question. Can someone explain to me why in the world anyone thought that was a good idea?
I’d be in favor of deporting all the criminals and cutting off all welfare programs used by illegals. If they are truly here to work they don’t need the welfare programs.

An estimated 2 million undocumented came in the 1980s. That pales in comparison to the estimated 6 million in the 1990s. With Biden, remember, he took office during the pandemic with Remain in Mexico in full effect. If there was no pandemic, many of the migrants let on during Biden’s first two years would've come in under Trump. But Cons here would have us think it's all Biden’s fault, and numbers unprecedented. Neither is true. But facts mean nothing to MAGA.
If Trump intends to approach the number of deportations that he's promised he will have to deport a lot of the people that resemble the ones in the top photo.
You're ignoring the FACT that Biden did absolutely nothing to stop it and the fact that you think Trump would have allowed the same numbers to come in is ridiculous knowing his stance on the southern border (that's your sides entire criticism of Trump's border policy, remember?) Who shot down the bipartisan Immigration bill last year at the last minute? Certainly it would have lowered the already dropping movement across the border. As Trump has proven in the last few days, Biden didn't need a "bipartisan immigration bill" to stop the flow of unvetted asylum seekers from crossing the border. So you can stop using that fantasy now to prop up Dementia Joe. If Biden cared about the children that were being trafficked across the border unchecked, he would have done something about it. But he didn't want to.

Trump built 54 miles of new, useless wall. Walls that were breached 11 times a day, or over 4,000 times a year. Trump also didn't slow down undocumented immigration. COVID did. In fact, there were more immigrant apprehensions in 2019 under Trump than last year, 2024, under Biden. But these facts mean nothing to Trump and MAGA. They prefer the narrative immigrants are all criminals and Trump can actually do something about it.
The funny part of this: you guys are pretending that there has been some huge surge in ICE detentions. In reality, the pace is actually slower in picking up people for deportation than it has been the last few years. But at least you got some Puerto Ricans and Navajo people detained by ICE. So there is that.
