The tweet or whatever it's called on his platform is not real.

It's crazy to prosecute your opponents huh...

The NYT/Siena poll looks even worse for Harris when you look at the cross tabs.

44% of voters say Kamala Harris is "too liberal or progressive"
32% of voters say Donald Trump is "too conservative"

This really limits Harris' ability to expand her bloc if almost half of the electorate thinks she is too extreme. That's bad news for Harris.

In the case of anything posted by Trump or on his personal social media platform it's virtually impossible to distinguish satire from "serious" proposals from the former president. Keep in mind that on multiple occasions he actually has suggested that he would use the DOJ to prosecute his political opponents and has suggested that anyone in government office who has disagreed with him is guilty of treason.

I think you are referring to Democrats. Who is using the DOJ to persecute their opponent now with Special Counsel not even appointed by the Senate?

Once again having the status as a former president who is running for office again shouldn't provide anyone with immunity from prosecution. Multiple grand juries have found that there was probable cause that the former president committed crimes and Aileen Cannon Trump's personal judge notwithstanding multiple courts have upheld the special counsel procedure.

So you think that if Bob Menendez had announced that he was running for the presidency he should have been given immunity from prosecution?

Apparently it’s not ok when it’s Trump, but fair game for everyone else? I am not following your logic. Typical liberal logic.

You remind me of the poster from Kentucky who announced back in 2019 that he would be attending Matt Bevin's victory party.

The logic and it should have been obvious is that running for office shouldn't provide immunity from prosecution. Trump has not been prosecuted (or convicted in one case) because he's running from the presidency it's because grand juries found that there was probable cause that he had committed crimes and in the case of his conviction a trial jury found that he was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Trump threatened General Milley among other with prosecution because Milley disagreed with the former president. Not exactly a tradition in a constitutional republic.

So it’s ok to persecute Trump, but not a Democrat. I am so lost with your logic. I don’t even know if you know what you are talking about. Typical liberal.

Personally I'm fine with prosecuting a Democrat who has committed a crime whether or not he or she is running for office. I was just fine with the prosecution of now former Senator Bob Menendez for taking a bribe from an Egyptian. Speaking of taking a payoff from the Egyptians, another reason to prosecute Trump although in this case his sorry ass may be protected by the statute of limitations.
How could a $10M Egyptian cash withdrawal upend Trump's campaign?

Yeah ok. Glad you rely on this as real. This is old, and nothing has proven. Seems like liberal BS, but liberals wants to beleive this crap, even if it is not true, so we can elect a Marxist into office.

You are not making any sense. Are you okay?

Maybe I can't follow your torrent of logical fallacies. Can you recap your position?
