if they were born with a penis they are a man

if they were born with a vagina they are a female

and there is NOTHING they can do to change that

and before you libs come out with those born with both sexes(it is the exception and it is .05%)

 

On a more serious note one would think that the POTUS should be more concerned about other issues rather than whether or not male to female transgender persons should be able to compete against women. The decision should be left the organizations governing athletic competition but then Trump believes in an overreaching federal government and that he knows more than anyone.

What do you think was done? The only sports entity where the federal government has any authority is the NCAA and Title IX, which is enforced by a department they're trying to eliminate and has been ruled on (and will continue to be) in numerous court cases.

The USOC doesn't receive federal funding, so they can't prevent any US Olympic athletes from participating. I guess they can make a big show out of denying VISA's to like 4 people coming here for the 2028 Olympics. Of course that has just as much of a chance of blowing up in their face as it does of resulting in something positive. And of course only applies when the Olympics are in the US.

It's really not even about the political or cultural aspects. This order literally does nothing, and they're counting on people not thinking it through and just waving the mission accomplished flag.
