So Johnson should not have pardoned Confederates? Abe Lincoln also pardoned Confederates. Does he meet your esteemed standards?

Thanks for missing the entire point of the post, though.

It's over. Done. Time to move on and heal.

Trump is still a criminal and a traitor, committing crimes. To pardon those who attack our democracy, at the behest of a traitorous criminal, is only to encourage them to do so again. As well as encouraging them to commit other crimes, which we see Trump is only too eager to do.

That said, one of the main differences between the present-day traitors and the traitors from the time of the Confederacy is obviously; the total defeat and unconditional surrender of those past traitors you reference.

Trump needs to be held to account in a fair trial for the approximately 60 felony indictments that were given by a grand jury, but never acted upon. His criminal minions need to abide by the results of their fair trials for attacking our country and our police.

In short; for the case of the present day criminal traitor, Trump; justice has yet to be served.

Interesting way to start out. Not sure why he didn't just pardon the misdemeanors and commute the rioters but Trump is always going to Trump.

Trump awards loyalty and punishes perceived disloyalty. In his mind the J6 insurgents who violently attacked the police demonstrated the highest form of loyalty to him. Although I was hoping that he would act differently he did what I fully expected.

Funny how Roe/Wade was over and done, get over it 50 years ago.... but oh that's really, really different.

Because he could not abandon the very people who went to war on his behalf, in his name. The entire premise that someone is surprised by J6 pardons is disingenuous at inception. Trump had no choice but to pardon them—because he has consistently stated they committed no crime and were on the right side. Besides, he might need em again. Who knows?!

Weird how in the same week Trump releases his paramilitary soldiers he drops the security details for all the people he would like to see dead. Probably just a coincidence.

I think it had more to do with his vision of Lawfare, which is not what most lawyers on the Right would define it as, and was encapsulated in his pardon of the Dread Pirate Roberts from the Silk Road dark web.

And the skeptic in me believes the Silk Road pardon had everything to do with his crypto-influence and nothing to do with “Lawfare”. It’s really all based in the color of the lens yiy view the actions.

Have heard multiple podcasts that mentioned this is Trump repaying Libertarians for their support in the election. This is one of their desires for a win and Trump is willing to reward his perceived supporters that put him over the top.

Does using bigger letters make things true?

Trump's ridiculous NY 'criminal' case will be overturned on appeal, and everyone knows it. It has no foundation in real law, only in the mind of one judge who I think is related to you. When that happens, you won't be able to call him a criminal. And he has never been a traitor. You know better.

Trump is working very hard for America and Americans. I don't ask you to believe it. But you will when you see the results in a couple years. Just relax, exhale, and let's enjoy the next batch of Israeli hostages coming home this weekend.

What appeal would that be, specifically? Are you aware of the fact that the state appellate court already rejected his appeal?

The police fired flash bangs and pepper balls into a peaceful crowd. It's on video. Some of the police wanted to beat up Trump supporters the morning of J6. Lila Morris said she wanted to f*** up Trump supporters and she murdered one female Trumpster on camera. Police beat Trump supporters in the tunnel. These are the real brownshirts.

The J6 judges and prosecutors were corrupt and malicious. DC has the most biased juries in the country. The civil rights of the defendants were violated.. The J6ers were denied due process. Guilty until proven innocent. Pretrial detention. Defendants were denied access to good lawyers and they were denied the opportunity to review all of the evidence. Solitary confinement. Rusty drinking water. Beatings by evil guards who hated Trump supporters. One man spent 4 years in jail without being charged. Prisoners were moved around to other facilities and it sometimes took weeks for family members to know where their loved one was located.

All of the guilty verdicts are tainted. Trump did the right thing. Virtually no one got a fair trial. And no there was never an insurrection

    You're funny.

Now address the fact that various grand juries of citizens, in different jurisdictions, indicted him for multiple criminal felony charges....... and a corrupt judiciary, much of which he appointed himself, prevented him from even going to trial for those charges.

Every single grand jury indictment was fake because...... derrr, they're related to Gatorjo?

I'd next ask you to explain why his NY conviction for 34 felonies "has no foundation in real law" ....... but we all know that you can't.

As for being a traitor; we all saw him enact a criminal conspiracy to overturn an election and not peacefully transfer power. Or are you basically asserting that, well.....that simply didn't happen? Can you explain him asking the GA Sec of State to "find 11,760 votes" ? Not without explaining that he's an un-American criminal.

It's funny to see you Trump shills quote no actual legitimate law as you try to explain away your criminal's criminality.

You voted for, and now shill for, a criminal.

(And no, making the font bigger doesn't make it more true than it already is. It's just fun. Enjoy knowing that you shill for a criminal.)

In NY State, 11 other felony convictions under the same statute Trump was convicted have been upheld over the last 20 years. I suggest you do research before making any legal claims.

That would be the Supreme Court that rejected delaying his sentencing?

Yes, because he must be sentenced for them to take on the merits of the case.
