    What is different about government that inexperienced and unqualified department heads will be good? Would you appoint a game show host to be CEO of a Fortune 500 company? How about a little league baseball coach with a losing record to coach the UF football team?

    that is not what you asked me- you asked me how I would determine if they were any good or not - I am all to familiar with what the IRS does and how you are guilty until proven innocent- as far as the goals for the incoming head of the IRS is- other than maybe in summary when Trump talked top him, Until Trump is sworn in, I doubt Long's goals have been given to him.

    If Trump fires any of his nominees and based on his record during his first term it's a virtual certainty that he will do do so, it will not be because they were incompetent but because they did something that Trump perceived as being disloyal.
