I didnt make a claim either way, all I said is there is no proof, just what folks claim is "credible". Credibility is nothing, you can have all the credibility in the world, you still have to prove your assertions, otherwise its not taken seriously.

Because Biden is weak - Putin ramped up his military for an invasion in not much more than a single year. It was an amazing logistical feat, and he hadn't been planning and preparing to do so for years under his puppet Trump at all. That would make no sense!!!
