I look at it as the trial brought back the integrity of our system. 12 people —one of whom got their news exclusively from Trump’sTruth Social —found beyond a reasonable doubt that he was guilty on each and every count.

You are misinformed, as usual. Trump's team upgraded the charges to felonies themselves by engaging in a conspiracy to sway the election ... Trump was obviously so guilty that the only way he was getting off was if a dumb ass Trumpster lied their way onto the jury to force a hung jury. Glad to see that didn't happen and 12 reasonable citizens were able to come to the correct verdict.

I'm just going to put this here to chew on a bit. A favorite quote for explaining the last 8 years:

yes very honest and hand-picked by a flaming liberal.

We have roughly a dozen unhinged Robert Di Nero's here. Some of them are attorneys who think that this is on the up-and-up. The Libs are freeing the insane and jailing those who think differently. I'll bet a few of you agree with the judge below and are willing to share your insanity with us.

Not guilty! Woman who stole squad car and backed over a Chicago cop was insane, judge rules - CWB Chicago

I'm not sure you have either.

The Biden administration did not convict Trump. The Democrats did not convict Trump.

A jury of American citizens did. They were vetted and selected by attorneys on both sides. Both sides presented had ample opportunity to present evidence in court. They worked out jury instructions. The jury deliberated. And unanimously found Trump guilty on 34 counts.

It's sad that you have so little faith in the judicial process that you call this out as political weaponization because of your feelings for the person found guilty.

The real Trump Derangement Syndrome. Trump always wins! And when he doesn't, it's because things were rigged!

Can you outline your understanding of how jury selection works in a New York criminal court?

Well, if "think differently" means commit 34 felonies to you, yeah, you might end up in jail. But hey, you can always try the insanity defense.

Possibly my favorite part about this is that Trump can no longer vote for himself.

So tired of all the Trumpophants excusing his lying, immoral and/or now criminal behavior again and again by calling everyone else corrupt in his defense. It’s nauseating, frankly.

If it was such a slam dunk, why'd every other prosecutor pass on this heaping pile of shit?

This case was more disgraceful, more corrupt and manipulated by the corrupt ass judge, than the swindle in the Swamp by a country mile. Nay...by a country.

Can't wait for the appeals to shred this mess for the obscene mockery of justice it is.

I completely understand not liking Biden.

I just can’t understand supporting DT, let alone arguing that everyone against him is corrupt, lying, etc. Baffling. Trump needs to start taking the stand. One Juror dude, one juror.

Logic and Reason is long dead.
