And I thought you were in favor of law and order. Are you saying that certain people should be above the law?

Question: if a prosecutor can prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that somebody committed a crime, should they not do so if that person is the leader of the political party that you support?

Have you always been in favor of letting felons get away with crimes?

Words chanted at rallies, with no serious action actually taken in that direction.

    Apples to....hand grenades.

Can't believe somebody said that. Biden has no authority over local prosecutions in the state of New York. It saddens me how many people in this country lack basic civic literacy.

You have to be pretty guilty to be rich and famous but still get convicted of 34 felonies. Even OJ was able to buy his way out.

Have you always been in favor of charging misdemeanors (barred by statute of lims) as felonies?

Have you always been in favor of using the criminal justice system as political weapon?

    Careful what you wish for....

    ...bc you got it.

Can't say I've ever seen the political justice system used as a political weapon so unfortunately I'm not able to answer that. However I would say if you do the crime you pay the time regardless of which political party a person is a member of. Do you agree?

Ahh...but the jury did not find them to be misdemeanors. They found that the prosecution proved their felony case. That means that the jury found that Donald Trump was attempting to cover up another crime or crimes, to wit, those committed by his employee at the time for which he entered a plea of guilty, by committing this crime. According to New York Law, that means it is a felony to do what he did.

I can't feel good about this. Yeah, I think it's clear he is guilty, but this is all going to get ugly. Or uglier.
