I’m rooting for the U.S. but it’s hard to feel good about such schizophrenic leadership

Be careful with that kind of talk. You are going to get a lot of MAGA PM's asking for pine cone soup recipes.

It always gives me confidence when my surgeon comes into the operating room with a grenade to open an incision instead of a scalpel. How about you?

This was mentioned this morning on one of the news channels, that this was the one card that China could play and it looks like they did.

Ahh, not true. Trump found two people to support his stupid ideas. The first one, Navarro, found a second person, Ron Vara, that is 100% in agreement with him. Just because Vara does not exist and is merely an anagram of Navarro's last name should not discourage us or cause us to call into question Navarro's integrity or Trump's intelligence. I'm sure, if pressed, Navarro could come up with another economist, say Ra Varon, to back him up.

I had responded to this post, saying that this poster’s lack of understanding is quite in character -based upon other postings. It got something like 15 likes/winner/best ever etc etc - so obviously there was vast agreement.

It was deleted as an “insult to moderator”.

To be clear, it wasn’t directed at the moderator - it was directed at the poster and the repetitive and vapid content of his posts. There was no mention of moderation issues.

There was no name calling - just a factual assessment of the posting of said poster.

Now if the poster was not a moderator, I would ignore him - but I can’t. So seems to me his posts are fair game. He shouldn’t get to hide behind his moderator status due to his irritating posts that literally waste precious minutes of other posters lives.

The fact that the stock market went up by 3000 points because Trump caved … again … should make the answer to that question you were answering obvious … everyone with an ounce of common sense knows the way Trump is handling tariffs is dumb.

At the risk of giving attention to his unsubstantive post - it isn’t hard to understand at all if one had paid attention over the past 30 years. Near 100% of Republicans opposed tariffs and most Democrats since the 1990’s opposed tariffs.

what on the surface should be confusing is how a party that was 100% against tariffs can now support tariffs. But it isn’t confusing at all, they do whatever Trump says, no matter how idiotic. If Trump said we should legalize shagging goats Republicans would support it.

I know, right? The other day I was speeding 50 over the limit in a school zone and the stupid cop said it’s not the same as speeding 5 over in the country. Why don’t these people get they’re both just speeding?

Trump's tariff debacle is suspected of being a form of insider trading. Instead of being a "pump and dump", this is referred to as a "poop and scoop". It will be interesting to see if Congress is willing to do their job on this.

Trump’s Tariffs Whiplash Is Open Corruption. He Admitted It Himself.

More on Trump and insider trading. He's racking up the felonies. Hopefully when the democrats take over Congress in a couple years, we can have a nice and successful impeachment, followed by a long prison sentence.

Trump's 'buy' tip on social media before his tariffs pause made money for investors who listened
