    I would also add that his followers tend to be willfully ignorant. They accept sources like Fox News (the network that settled a defamation lawsuit for close to $800 million), similar propaganda outlets and right-wing bloggers and social media as accurate while rejecting mainstream sources out of hand without even bothering to listen to or read them.
