Please stop lying. No US court has ever ruled Abrego Garcia is a gang member. Hec was once accused of being one and held in custody because he was suspected of being a gang member before his 2019 immigration hearing. But at said hearing, the judge ruled the evidence hec was a gang member was not credible and released him back into the population after ruling his life would be in danger if sent back to El Salvador. Now ask yourself this. Would a judge grant him protected status and release him if the evidence showed he was a dangerous gang member?

In addition, Abrego Garcia never got due process because he never got to face his accuser he was in a gang. That's because the single police officer accusing him was terminated with cause before the hearing for consorting with a prostitute. One of the major reasons why, I assume, the judge didn't agree that Abrego Garcia was a gang member.

Being held on suspicion is not a conviction. And the evidence of gang affiliation is flimsy at best. The order of protection is still in place, and Abrego Garcia should be back in Maryland. If the Feds have new, real evidence of gang membership, bring it forward and let Abrego Garcia have his day in court.

I stand by what I said - does not bother me in the least that you do not like it - you favor illegals and I favor Americans-

You stand by your blatant lies? Somehow I doubt you like it when people brazenly lie to your face but feel comfortable doing so.

He’s getting free room and board. If he actually wasn’t part of a gang then why would he be fearful of going to El Salvador?

Because a gang had been extorting his family because they had a small business, had threatened to kill multiple members of his family, and had said that he had to join their gang or they would kill either him or a family member.

    Right here
If this is so obvious is it that the courts have now three times disagreed with your opinion?
And if the Supreme Court disagrees, whose opinion should win?

He and the rest of the family ran. He and his brother came to the US (as the folks being recruited to become soldiers for the gang). The rest of the family moved to a new location in El Salvador.

qualify the source..sad to hang such an important hat (man's life) on such a flimsy hook (someone said he was wearing red or he was talking to one person at some point in time) yet you and the rest do the same..why..can you not admit you are wrong or does that get our card pulled?

He won’t send him back because we’re paying El Salvador to keep him there. Just stop payment until he’s returned and I guarantee you they’ll put him on the plane.

He is in El Salvador as part of a prison program that we, as US taxpayers, are paying to operate.

SCOTUS can tell us we need to bring him back and they did- however SCOTUS cannot make El Salvador send him back

into a goulag without a trial?

against the constitutional right to due process?

    against a 9- 0 supreme court decision?

If the prison is outside of US control, then we shouldn't be sending US prisoners there. These aren't deportations (as most of them are Venezuelan, and you can't deport somebody to a third country legally).
