The same immigration laws that he violated as a minor protect him from being deported to the one place that he can be deported. You want the law to bind him without protecting him, but that is not the law. As such, you are fine ignoring part of the law. All because you have declared him as being in an out-group, where the law should bind but not protect.

 

It is hilarious that you really don't see the irony of not caring about proper process, while condemning him for not following proper process.

 

Wrong. He was here LEGALLY, under the protection order he received from the 2019 hearing. With that order, the courts have ruled that his deportation was unconstitutional, which is why the courts have ordered the Trump admin to facilitate AG's return. Get your facts straight first, please.

And yes, he came here illegally. But he was granted LEGAL status in 2019 under a judge's order. The Trump admin broke the law when they unconstitutionally deported him without another hearing. Why is it OK to ignore the Constitution and deny someone their Constitutional rights? Because you agree with the outcome? That's not what a Constitutional Democracy looks like. That's Fascism.

 

He should not have been removed in 2019 according to the immigration law. So you want to ignore immigration law and punish him for not following the same set of laws?
