again straw man. To be real clear. The concern for a citizen from El Salvador is way down the list for me. He’s their issue.

I’m more concerned with statistics like this

2/3 of kids can’t read fluently and 40% of 4th graders are non readers. Highlight AMERICAN kids

Two Thirds of American Kids Can't Read Fluently

    Right here
I am not a leftist, and I most certainly think he should not have been deported. Because the Supreme Court said so.

The right is welcome to keep bringing up how it’s ok to defy the courts, but every time they do, they get further from being able to claim the title of party of law and order or even America first.

Keeping this story in the news has put Trump's approval on immigration much lower lol. I would suggest that the people saying what you are saying are doing that because they more or less agree with throwing out the law and Constitution to remove people from our country.

Polls Show Trump’s Approval Rating on Immigration Going South

Trump has lost his advantage on inflation and immigration

Illegitimate poll. If you can't poll elections you can't be trusted to poll anything.

Economist/YouGov can look at the same data other pollsters are seeing and get Dem-biased results because they give too much weight to Democrat leaning groups

so this story is about the rule of law

Garcia comes to the us and enters illegally. Rule of law ?
Us law requires asylum claim within a year of arriving. Does he file within a year of arriving? Nope? More rule of law
Lives illegally for years. Consciously ignoring US law. Then decided to commit assault and battery…..his wife’s words. Not mine “I ran to the bathroom, he [ran] behind me and grabbed me by my arm," Vasquez Sura said. "I have marks on my left arm as well."

"At this point I am afraid to be close to him," Vasquez Sura added. "I have multiple photos/videos of how [violent] he can be.

as I pointed out before. All these domestics are the same. Blk white or Hispanic. Man beats woman. Woman calls cops. Cops show up and pull man off woman. Woman then launches into verbal and physical rage at cops telling them to not hurt her boo. . no charges filed. That’s SOP. Does it mean he didn’t do it? Or does it mean they are both super Fd up and pathological liars.

Then our innocent man gets scooped by yet another law enforcement agency driving with an expired license using a convicted human smuggler car who Garcia claimed is his ‘boss’. With 8 people in whom he doesn’t know going from Houston to Maryland via….. st Louis ? Please take a look a map.

gets apprehended by a different law enforcement agency in another state with 2 other MS13 members wearing the logo and uniform of MS 13. Of course his attorney claims a bulls hat, and the see, hear, speak no evil marking doesn’t make you MS 13. That would be akin to wearing a blue clippers jersey in crip territory and claiming you weren’t crip, you just like blue jerseys. Knowing full well if you wear that blue jersey there and aren’t a crip you get dead fast. But that’s just another coincidence.

oh yeah. Forgot. Even though the judge would have loved to grant him asylum,
He knows Garcia is long past his 1
Year limit for the claim and thus wasn’t legal ( rule of law again) so he allowed a BS argument that he was afraid for his life back home from who? A gang named Barrio 18 who just happens to be the rival to MS13. Another total coincidence. So yeah. This is all about rhe rule of law. No. It’s 100% about yet another person abusing the system. And no I don’t care he’s back in his home county.

He's not 'back in his home country,' he's in a prison from which he cant get out of despite not being charged with or convicted of a crime in the US or El Salvador.
