Hi tilly, interestingly read that if DT "announces" another Presidential bid he will lose control of 107 million in his campaign coffers. Can't vouch for the validity but thats what I read.

He "panders" for it because he can get money from everyday people, people that will give him money with NO STRINGS ATTACHED.

    Big money wants big favors....

Perhaps that's why he scammed the "everyday people" by making the contributions on his web site they believed were "one time donations" into recurring donations. Typical for Trump but still slimy.

And if he does end up with the nomination big money interests will start donating to him like they did in 2016 after he won the nomination that year and as they did in 2020 when he ran for reelection. They still want their "big favors" and he did give them a big favor with his budget busting tax cut in 2017. He can get money from everyday people because he is possibly the greatest con artist of all time similar to the way he was able to con working class Americans into enrolling in his phony university and conning them into maxing out their credit cards to pay for tuition at the "university".

and now even Ted Cruz is challenging Trump

Ted Cruz breaks with Trump and endorses yet another GOP candidate running against the former president's pick (msn.com)

Sen. Ted Cruz has broken with former President Donald Trump once again by endorsing an opponent of a Trump-backed candidate running in Wisconsin's gubernatorial primary.

Cruz on Tuesday tweeted his support for Rebecca Kleefisch, writing: "Rebecca will fight for a stronger economy, school choice so parents are back in charge of their kids' education, & she will work to protect Life & our #2A. Support Rebecca's campaign today!"

Notably, the Texas lawmaker did not back Tim Michels, Trump's pick for the race. Trump had endorsed Michels in June, calling him "a very successful businessman."
