    seems like a non sequitur - why would the transfer portal cause you to play an older guy over a younger guy where before you wouldn’t?

    Dan has always brought in transfer portal kids he thought could help the team and add depth to rotation or start quickly. Perhaps the one exception was Pouncey from Texas, where they may have accepted his transfer to get the highly regarded brother as a HS CB prospect

    He decommitted in 2019 and UF didn’t even bother recruiting him after he did that. Believe i heard that the staff thought he was bigger than he was and when they saw em in person, they had to right their wrongs. That’s what i HEARD

    Thought it was weird that he’s listed at 6’2”, 185, yet the write-up says he’s undersized.

    For a linebacker I agree, for a safety, I do not agree that he is undersized.
