if you base your expectations on mid season made up recruiting rankings, then you will stay disappointed. Not only do the rankings constantly change (usually for no good reason) but this is the single most volatile era of college football recruiting.

He's not building through recruiting if over half his first class is transferring. Texas pulled in good classes with horrible records too. We should be able to but I think the lack of on field development is scaring many recruits

Are you able to expound on why you expect there to be a better possible result than staying somewhere between 5 and 10?
