Somebody who couldn’t get PT over Washington who is absurdly overrated. Really wish we had landed Oscar Delp
I hate how overrated he is. Maybe he will have a better pro career than college career, and it wouldn’t shock me, but at THIS present time, I see him as overrated
He’s just huge and pretty athletic for his size. Yet I regularly see him drop 5 yard passes (TE speciality) and he isn’t a red zone threat. So how is he “so good”? Is he a good blocker? I mean he damn sure should be, he again, is MASSIVE. I don’t get it lol. Could just be the system though, he def isn’t used the same as Bowers
I think it's because of his stature because as we both have said, it damn sure isn't because of his production lol. The FEW times he does have the ball in the open field or a chance to get YAC, he LUMBERS down the field. I just don't see how he'll be able to out wiggle OLB's and slot cover guys in the NFL. He reminds me of a bigger sized Marcedes Lewis. I don't see with what you want out of TE's now a days, you look at him and think you'll get close to 800 plus yards a year out of him.
I wouldn't think so. Class of 18, would be 5 seasons so a regular RS and Covid year so I would think 1, maybe 2 if he was injured? Don't know all the rules on it for certain but I don't believe someone who has spent 5 years in D-1 football is eligible for JUCO football
