Transfer Portal Thread (Other Schools)

Ugh

 

He just didn't want to wait around at UF to play the national champions Golden Knights. It's on.

 

The disaffected and rejected usually hit the portal first, then after bowl games many of the upwardly mobile jump in the portal. That is the time to strike. But likely non-tampering has already occurred and we have some lined up already.

 

There won't be much time between the end of the bowls and the start of classes.

 

Boy do we need players. How obvious is this after last night’s debacle!

 

What exactly does our “Army” do?

He's from Texas, so it makes sense for him to go back to his home state.

 

I don't know, but I'm not sure that they are "nation building"...

 

Might as well just make a thread about Miami transfers....got a feeling they gonna be very active...

Why is Cohen transferring? Leaving a program constantly competing for championships to a team that hasn’t tasted one in forever. I can see a guy sitting on the bench not getting a chance but a two year starter?

 

To answer my own question I saw this in a Bama board by one of their posters…


“Was essentially passed on the depth chart by true freshman Tyler Booker, though still listed as a co-starter. Could have returned to compete for the other guard spot opening up, but talented youngsters (true freshman) Terrence Ferguson and (redshirt freshman) Jaeden Roberts, along with a couple incoming 2023 signees are thought to be the future at the position. A common thought is that Cohen wants to move back to tackle and that is the driving force behind his decision. From all accounts, a good person and teammate, but this new start is likely needed where there's far less expectations and pressure”
