Terrible for smaller colleges. We now have a farm league within a farm league due to the portal.

 

Always has been. The one time waiver is what is probably more of a reason for the amount of transfers.

Maybe initially, but they have the potential to lockdown California and getting #1 ranked classes again easily. Something OU can’t do.

USC is like UF. Dominate recruiting in their regional area, win a ring. It's not that complicated, but far harder to DO than to say.

Yep, USC and Texas are like UF for the Top 3 football talent rich states. Flagship program in their state with plenty of prestige and funds to dominate. Unfortunately, it’s not that easy as you can see, but all 3 are trending up.
