Any time someone brings up the Logan Act, I laugh. It is not a real thing and everyone knows it. Both sides maintain communications with our allies and adversaries to let them know what is going to be different once they are back in charge.

What land in Ukraine. Specifically which regions and towns?

The fact the Trump may very well pardon them after he takes office doesn't change the fact that they violently tried to prevent the lawful certification of the 2020 election and in the process vandalized the Capitol, attacked police officers and threatened the lives of members of Congress and the sitting Vice President. While I don't know if you're serious or not, your comments regarding the Cheneys and Pence indicates that you would have been a very good Nazi with loyalty to a Dear Leader taking precedence over the rule of law and the Constitution.

My only caveat is that the punishment should be proportional to the crime.

But yes, everyone who broke the law on January 6th should be punished.

Trump should not only pardon them, but arm them while outfitting them with matching Brownshirts. They can then go after any D politician who refuses to fall in line under Trump. Why only go half Fascist when you can go all in?

Have you completely lost your mind? Pence and Cheney war criminals? Trump will be their ultimate judge? $50,000,000. You have to trolling, no one can believe those things.

You are off to a terrible start if your desire is for the Democrats to act like adults who accept the unhappy results of an election. At some point, you are going to be on the losing side again. Is this how you will want them to act in victory?

The gray area is that they are not supposed to talk about negotiations. Since no one else is on the phone, you can't enforce it. But 7 times??

What land? Whatever trumph gives him

They are no better than Antifa and BLM rioters. Anyone who does what they did deserves to be punished. Peacefully protesting up to the point civilians are allowed at the Capital is fine, questioning and trying to get a recount was fine, it was the forceful nature of breaking into a building much less the Capital that makes a pardon unnecessary and morally incorrect.

The difference is that Harris hypothetically would have negotiated an armistice (not a final peace agreement) in which Russian troops would be allowed to remain in that part of Ukraine that they occupied prior to the February 24, 2022 invasion. Trump will almost certainly force an agreement on Ukraine under which Russia would be allowed to retain the Ukrainian territory that it occupied as the result of the invasion and perhaps even more significantly Harris would have continued providing military aid to Ukraine to deter Russian aggression while Trump almost certainly will end most if not all lethal aid to Ukraine setting the country up for defeat if and almost certainly when Putin decides to launch a second (or third if 2014 is counted) invasion.

Officers injured defending Congress in session in what was supposed to be a peaceful transfer of power.

Officers betrayed by traitors trying to overturn a fair election.

I’m going to let you know that anytime a Principal is on the phone with a foreign leader, their staff is on the call. If for no other reason than to take notes.

You do not think Kerry was talking to the Iranians about the status of the nuclear deal? Really?

What specific territories in Ukraine do you think Trump wants to give Putin? It is around Kharkiv, Kherson, or Donetsk regions?

You think Harris is going to be able to convince Putin to give up all Russians gains in the last 2 years? What is she going to offer him to make that happen?
