    I think so.

This assault on the US and global economies is far more than mere idiocy or incompetence. It's borderline criminal.

It's hard to imagine what this guy is even trying to do - have major industrial development in the US in the midst of a prolonged economic meltdown? When anyone with a brain knows that the entirety of this counterproductive tariff regime will be reversed in about 3.5 years anyways.

I know this guy was amazing on The Apprentice, but it's time for the 25th.

dude, please. Congress could EZily stop DOH!nald from destroying the global economy with his insane commie aspirations & won't do that. The cabinet is far more loyal, so they just sit & spin the nonsense.

A simple impeachment would be enough.

If the tariffs cause massive disruption and possible Chinese empowerment, I think there will be enough Republicans to get him finally, and it will be legit this time. The first two impeachments were a sham.

Don't even need to impeach him. Just take the House and Senate back and pass make a law preventing this idiot President or any other from just willy-nilly throwing out tariffs and destroying the global economy.

Yeah - and hopefully make these two stupid parties recognize the need to curtail executive power.

If you don't want the other party to have the power - you shouldn't seek it yourself. This seems to have been increasingly lost over the last few decades, only to be completely tossed out the window thest last 6 weeks.

You need to impeach for multiple reasons, biggest being that it guarantees him being done forever, and it forces the pubs to reset, which long term is a good thing for the country. The US needs to wipe the shit stains out of both parties, and you can only do that by people of character stepping up doing the right thing. A vote to remove a moron is a good first step, even if it means Vance takes over. If he sucks without Trump, then knock him out too after...

Horrible person and this term could a disaster. But, no, the country elected him. We’re not going to try to kick him out of office ….

If the cabinet wouldn't use it with Biden, it won't happen with Trump. Look at all of the revelations being revealed in all of these new books about Biden, it should have been obvious to his cabinet (even though he needed name cards to remember their name) that it was time for him to go.

Well theyre still more interested in owning the libs than learning how tariffs work. Or what a trade deficit is

Come on. Tariffs are just free money. China, Canada and the rest of them will write us big checks to make up for abusing us all these years.
And a trade deficit is just proof that they're all cheating.

And now that we know they have illegal invaders voting in our elections we can just stop pretending to NOT know that simple fact. That should mean we need to intensify the deportations regardless of what the slip-and-fall men in black (robes) say or try to do.

So you've got no link; no thesis on how the President is "unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office" per the specified language of the 25th Amendment, only a vague reference to executive orders with which you don't agree; no evidence that the Vice President and a majority of Cabinet members agree more with you than the President and would effect such an action; and, even if you could cross that last hurdle, no evidence that you could get two-thirds of both Houses to agree more with you than the President (for the poster who mentioned it, it would be easier to get an impeachment and conviction than to see through the 25th Amendment). Is this a serious argument, or are you just emoting? The one thing you are correct about is that a new President can come in and undo the executive actions of the last one. Are these tariffs even going to still be a thing by then? I doubt it. I could be very wrong, but it looks like the whole intent behind this (admittedly disruptive and disturbing set of economic measures) is ultimately to get our trading partners to drop the unequal economic measures they have had against us for decades, stop taking advantage of us, and trade with us fairly. Only time will tell if that works, but it's in all of our interest (not just the President and his friends) if it does.

Lol... the Dems suddenly want the stock market to go higher... I doubt they even know what it looked like before Trump got into office the first time... how much it went down under Biden and what can and will make it work for more Americans, not just the few insider cheats in congress.

I hope someone is waiting for these congressional insider cheats to start blubbering so that they can be investigated for insider trading.

The congress needs to sit this one out.

You really convinced yourself that the stock market was going down under Biden and Obama? That is obviously false. How in the world did you convince yourself otherwise?
