They are 1 month into the second quarter.. see the big “e” for estimate? That’s not data, that’s a projection.

I don't practice in board disclosures, but hard to imagine there was such an actionable representation to the effect of "Target and its board of directors falsely stated that its ESG and DEI mandates were free of "social and political" risks."
The clueless here who believe large corporations like Target and Anheuser-Busch marketing transgenderism to the public is somehow going to work out as a net positive are laughable. When businesses forget who their customers are, they lose customers. When advertising executives are paid hundreds of thousands of dollars and they produce ads promoting transgenderism, they should be fired immediately. Marketing to the mentally ill is a fantastic way to screw your shareholders and alienate your consumer base.
Well the ridiculosity of the nasty-as-possible characterization aside, why do you support eliminating the mentally ill from marketing? Mental illness isn’t against the law or a lower level of existence. It is in fact quite common. Especially when you can just blurt it out and make it so. Let’s just say that there is someone, somewhere, obviously irrationally obsessed by other people’s naughty parts. This person talks to strangers about other strangers’ weens daily, in multiple convos. It is incessant and all sane people would call this person mentally ill. So how do we cut this person out of society, and does this person also require additional help (and by that, I of course mean possible fines and jail time.)
Well its earnings are right around the corner and estimates are that they will grow by 22%. Seems your case sucks if the company shows that kind of growth. Well “glamorize” is quite the leap, but before it was marketing. Why should anyone be glamorized, or not? I mean OK—I’ll cut out criminals. But they aren’t any more criminal than any other group, like, say, Baptists.
I don’t think we should celebrate mental illness. That doesn’t mean I think we should ostracize these individuals.
