Yathink? It kinda sounds scammy to me. What “services” are they offering? Are they registered as financial advisors? I’m sure Jarnell probably made some legit money. Maybe he has done well as an entrepreneur individually and brought his brother along into projects with his own seed money. But if they are trying to bring in investor $$$ that raises some mega red flags, hope they know what they are doing and we don’t read about some fraud 5 or 10 years from now because $$$ disappeared.

One of the "beauties" of VC is one does not need to be licensed-HOWEVER, most (see almost ALL) but team Stokes have extensive experience in top tier banking. One Primary reason for lack of licensing is that it is perceived that VC Clients are largely Sophisticated Investors.
