Wait… when did we have to stop wearing 2 masks? I imagine Biden is busy dropping all the national emergency declarations now that the pandemic is over… yes?
The US is one of three nations in the world that has not dropped Covid restrictions. The other two: China and North Korea.

And how serious were his symptoms? Conceding that it's extremely anecdotal my fully vaccinated twice boosted friend contracted Covid. According to him the symptoms were similar to that of a common cold and he's 73 with a cardiac condition and mild type II diabetes. While the current vaccines aren't all that effective at preventing Covid infections they are extremely effective at preventing severe cases.
I know you believe that these are fake but here are some electron microscope photos of viruses that do not exist. The Virus Images This illustration, created at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), reveals ultrastructural morphology exhibited by coronaviruses. Note the spikes that adorn the outer surface of the virus, which impart the look of a corona surrounding the virion, when viewed electron microscopically. A novel coronavirus, named Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), was identified as the cause of an outbreak of respiratory illness first detected in Wuhan, China in 2019. The illness caused by this virus has been named coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Image Library | CDC Online Newsroom | CDC
He gets a flu and it's a plandemic? Nice... Why don't they put him on a ventilator and feed him Rendesivir? It's his own company's made "medicine" for Covid-19 patents.
And you know the shots are the reason for having mild symptoms? I guess ignoring the reality that most have mild symptoms regardless of shot status means nothing?
Of course there is no way to know with 100% certainly for any 1 specific individual, but the data for the vaccine definitely shows it improved his odds substantially. The overall hospitalization rate with the original virus was something like 4%. Omicron cuts that in half (probably much less than 1% in reality). However for elderly groups the hospitalization %’s are still much > than the general population. It’s still well above 1%. I’ve seen various studies putting it in double digits for that group, but I’m not sure I quite believe that considering the wide (and likely undetected) spread of this variant. Still, it’s substantial enough that a vaccine reducing hospitalization and death risk by multiples are meaningful numbers. If you claim to not be “anti-vaccine” but are now suggesting a 73 year old diabetic shouldn’t have been vaccinated, that pretty much exposes how full of shat you are.
I never suggested that. In fact if you go back and read my posts through time you will see that I would have suggested that person take the shot in 2021 as one of the focused protection groups. Now there is no evidence there is a need for these shots at this point.
