I agree with Raymond taking the safeties and Armstrong overseeing the defense.
Hire a WR/TE coach and bring in a QB coach or promote Ryan O'Hara from QB analyst to on the field QB coach. He already works with the QB's off the field.
With Sales as co OC with BN, adding a third co OC can get confusing. Too many chefs.

Yep, I totally agree with you Bobby. He also copied Mullen's coaching recipe in his first year, but he obviously realized his error and adjusted it... hopefully fixing it with better PROVEN TO BE GOOD assistant coaches.
