At the end.....you can see Billy feeding off the recent win vibes.

After the past 2 seasons & rough start to this season.....it's something I'm REALLY enjoying!

So does #44! He’s so attentive and intense in those locker room clips, responding to Billy. It’s great! This is what we’ve been paying our dues for. We’re witnessing a rebirth of a new Gator team. Go Gators

Somebody tell me what turned this team around. How did they start believing in themselves? That seems to be the diff.

Open field tackling was a nice change for the better. Our D-line suddenly knew how to get serious pressure on opposing QBs... nice.

By a couple minor things we needed to happen and then winning takes over. Nothing better than winning. It started by ALMOST or shoulda won by even UGA and definitely Tenn:”.

Then beating LSU and Ole Miss. It says A LOT about our players that they knew this and persevered through the hard times and even this season that we know we’re just getting better even if it means a little run happens next year. Now having been through so many seasons of Gator and other teams respective sports, that’s when players bread teams, when they understand the importance of chemistry. Like head coach said “all that other stuff”. All those reasons are why we are getting better and as long as LAG stays good, right now I’d love if defense just maintained! We have one of the most underrated, I mean in the last several weeks are just good. What we did to a great offense with our relative suddenly lights out defense is iconic. Name of that game : “4th and Done”.

No longer calls for a change at the head of anything. All that stuff matters. Somehow the fan base chemistry works better when the fans are united.

    LETS GO GATORS!

The rest of this season is gravy to me. Our biggest scare is SOS (schedule) but flipped it allows us an extra loss.

THANK YOU SENIORS, WE LOVE YOU!

edit: @wargunfan This this this! Somewhere someone taught these boys it seemed in a week how to open field tackle and out of any fundamental move, this fix was a key to us winning games again. Stopped so many would be HUGE plays.

Players found their confidence. It appears that is Napier’s preference over forcing it through their earholes.

SOS said in preseason that this team was capable of 8 to 9 wins. Need a show of hands who thought the HBC went off the deep end into shallow water.

If the Gators can win in Tally and get a bowl win, that's 8 wins.

I would have been interested to see what would have happened had we played a bit better at UTn where I thought the Gators were the best team and what would have happened if DJ had not been injured in the middle of 2nd quarter against Georgia with UF holding a 13-6 lead. C'est la vie.

EDIT: It's only fair to say after I asked for a show of hands, I gave up on the Gators in 2024 the minute CBN announced he was not going to hire an OC after last season. I attribute the loss at UTn to CBN, but since then, I have been more than pleasantly surprised. It has led me to wonder if the HBC has been tutoring CBN and it has finally caught on. The team buying in at 100% will do the same thing too. From aTm to Ole Miss, this is just not the same team that started against Miami.

I thought this year's team was capable of 8 or 9 wins, for sure. If you go back to the Missouri game last year and how well we played most of the game and had them beat until we gave up that ridiculous 4th and 17 yard fourth down play? I chocked that up to a broken play and not the over all talent on the team... And of course the FSU game that got away because we had to play a freshman at QB, not named Lagway? That's two games we should have won.

All this did was trick me into thinking we would fix some of the bone headed mistakes and lack of depth at vital positions on the team... Well... I had hoped that we could iron out these small details and get to a 9 win year.

One other game we should have won last year was the Arkansas game. How close were we to 8 wins last year? That's why I thought we could win 9 games this year, even with this schedule.

If the Gators had found their MoJo against Gawja and stepped up in OT against Toothless we could have been 8-3 going into Tally and finished 9-3 and a bowl win gives us a 10-3 season. That's football for you.

The 2025 season is looking a lot brighter if we can keep the roster together and fill some spots left by the seniors through the portal. A top ten class would be huge as well.
