The designation AIDS was originally propounded to include two conditions: (1) Karposi’s Sarcoma (2) a rare type of pneumonia said to be caused by a fungus. Neither of these require a viral cause. At last check it has expanded to incorporate some thirty conditions.
I suspect “vaccines give people AIDS” likely means the shots can make you very tired for an extended period of time and your doctor’s not entirely sure why.
