I don't waste much time with the liberal side of topics, they are headed the wrong way. I would prefer to spend my time focused on the right way to go. Only one party is claiming to support the same things I believe are best for our country, but that party has become dysfunctional over the last few years, and even for the decades before that seemed more interested in saying they supported conservative policies than in actually carrying out conservative policies.

You're right, it works both ways, and it's a terrible idea. The one who files now has an extra hurdle: to prove fault. This has two results: it increases animosity and attorney fees. That's why, before the advent of today's state republicans and passage of some ill advised laws, most states were no fault.

I can 100% guarantee you that no judge is going to find no fault and require the parties to stay married. Instead, he or she will reserve ruling on fault and require the parties to go to mediation.

What's funny is you getting two funny emojis. You are absolutely correct with your point. I'm not saying democrats are without their extremists, but it's glaring, and depressing, how many are now in the House GOP. We have gerrymandering to thank for that. I miss the Republicans of old.

As with me, it's today's republicans who are concerning, especially in the House.
