I think you just got bored with your usual emojis, tried to mix it up, went nonsensical. Sometimes you just gotta play the hits man.

Maybe it's just me but I fail to see any rational link between divorce and the participation of male-to-female transgender persons in sports. Seems to be symptomatic of transgender derangement syndrome.

Is it really though? Lots of things more tragic in the world, and more harmful to adults & children. Seems like an indictment of marriage too if something so mundane yet "tragic" as a legally formalized relationship ending can be the result.

Perhaps if you read the title of the OP. GOP's next attack on the war on women. I think pointing out that the dems want to allow biological men to participate in women sports is a very logical connection to "War on Women". Maybe that is a little to obtuse for you though.

Can you point to legislation the Dems have offered on this topic of concern for you?

It may be a stretch, but I'm sure some will agree. If you continually tear down the fabrics of society, the society eventually falls. I think every little effort at tearing down the traditional family unit has helped lead us to where we are as a society in this country. Hell, you are either red or blue, can't cross over at all. Open borders allowing anyone into this country even after multiple deportations. The pure amount of mass murders because the perpetrator is unhappy about someone or something. Normalizing the trans. This not a normal condition. Allowing men to whip women in any sporting event. I don't think any one thing is the cause but as we as a society have no moral courage to simply say something is right or wrong and there are consequences for doing wrong stuff, we end up on the path we are on.
I don't want any marriage to continue if there is abuse by one side, but if we have to give a little pause to actions before committing them, we may find better actions to take.

The democratic position is that it isn’t a government job to regulate sports. The laws are cruelly crafted to target one or two kids generally. The athletic associations can regulate fairness within the confines of the existing laws. See the difference?

GOP is big government when they like the outcome and small government when they don’t.

Is that why Saudi Arabia and Iran are so strong, because they haven't torn down the fabrics of society like us decadent Westerners? Hell in some of those places you can have multiple marriages, imagine how strong we could be with polygamous marriage and banning no fault divorce! C'mon, this shit is ridiculous.

I hear you and in general I agree with it, but what we just had with the swimmer is so unfair and it appeared nothing was going to be done about it!!

Re read what you wrote and see who is being ridiculous. If you can't recognize what I was trying to say, then no need for discussion

Why is it ridiculous? Shouldnt we look at places that have similar policies? Are the places that have the most traditional values and family structures reflected in law strong societies in your opinion? Or is there a secret sauce to make it so when its Christianity?

To a lot of kids having dad or mom suddenly absent is tragic.

It can be overcome of course, but there is nothing more tragic than having that kid looking out the window for the dad who suddenly stops coming home to play catch every night

If you can't recognize the difference between the USA and Saudi Arbia and Iran than I'm sorry for you that you feel the way you do.

I think the government using its power to regulate what is or isn't fair in a sport is ridiculous. Even if I agree with your overall stance.

There is a representative body for the sport. The NCAA decided last year to set its rules sport by sport and essentially follow guidelines set by major national and world governing bodies for each sport. That means transgender college athletes are now required to undergo testosterone testing to compete in women's divisions, a move intended to put the NCAA in line with the U.S. organizations that set standards for acceptable testosterone levels in their sports.

The point is if you don’t like that start by going about and lobbying all the world and us competition oversight committees. They are handling it individually with decency while right wingers belly ache about people they despise. Why is everything about Trans folk with conservatives?

This turned into yet another transgender sport thread?

Anyway, I don't get how someone can really defend doing away with no-fault divorce. Yes, divorce can be pretty awful if there's kids involved. But if there's that much animosity between husband and wife, they should stay together?
    I don't get it.
