Yeah, I should have been clearer. I was actually agreeing with you that if Kannell is on TV on a regular basis, clearly they have no shame.
Now that is an absolute clear truth. Possibly more shameless than “well it’s not like he shot the President” or how that player years ago just happened to be left alone in the owners office of the car accessory shop and just took it upon himself to write himself a large check yet was never charged with forgery or fraud, or how a rape allegation against Jamies just happened to go away. You all please feel free to add to the list as I’m sure I’ve left many things off
FSU now saying that they never wanted to leave the ACC! This after they filed a formal exit notice last year. Can’t even make this up! Clowns gotta act like clowns I guess..
OMG...I knew those guys were less than ethical, but to flat out lie directly to the press (and now the country since USA is a national outlet). After all the BS, are any more reasons needed to discontinue supporting those ridiculous jacka$$es by playing them every year?
From the article... You can't make this stuff up... Many people on this board said this exact thing- that they didn't see how the Big 10 or SEC would want them, and these posters couldn't see what the Crims would bring to the SEC or Big 10... So yes- again the posters of GC are more intelligent/ well informed than the clowns at FSU. The ACC is arguing that it owns Florida State’s media rights under a Grant of Rights deal that every team in the conference signed. To leave the league, FSU would owe the ACC an exit fee (estimated at $125 million), and future media rights through 2036 (estimated at nearly $500 million). While those numbers could be mitigated through legal action, the underlying problem for Florida State moving forward is it has no alternative to the ACC. Three people told USA TODAY earlier this spring that the Seminoles landing in the Big Ten or SEC wasn’t realistic. The sources spoke on the condition of anonymity to protect the sensitivity of the discussions. The Big Ten, the people said, had reservations about Florida State’s ability to be a strong “partner” moving forward. It now appears the reality that the Seminoles have nowhere to go is settling in.
Not to disparage your post, but Larry, Curly, Mo, Harry and Lloyd are more intelligent than the clowns at FSU.
With that in mind, I'd love to see the B1G extend an invite to USF: Member of the AAU and the Tampa Bay TV market would be huge for the conference.
Huge difference. In fact, tell your Nole buds they lack basic math skills which is par for the course for Nole grads. FSU was part of the 4-team CFP, in which they dropped to 5th. Georgia however is ranked high enough that in this 12-team CFP, they are still in. Had this been the 4-team CFP like last year, Georgia probably would have been ranked 4th. But no way would the CFP drop Georgia 11 spots following beating a 1-loss Texas team without Beck for half the game. What dropped FSU out last year is an embarrassing win against us where we were without our starter and then again against Louisville. Those 2 games showed the CFP that FSU couldn't compete against the CFP field and they were right. Once Travis went down, FSU became what we saw all of 2024, a sound defense with the worst offense in FBS history.
Plus, rules are different this year with those conference champions getting automatic bids into playoffs. Tell him they didn’t get in last year because nobody likes them either.
