    The author of the article is totally speculating and jumps to a conclusion that the ACC never suggested in the language in their court filings. He says the language "seems" to suggest a settlement. Read the language in the ACC filing he cites.

    I don't think the ACC intended anything of the sort.

    I agree. Nobody "blinked" as the title suggests. It's total speculation (or the writer's personal hope). Since we already have several threads discussing the Holes and the ACC, I'm locking this one.
