Seems as if Castleton is the gear that makes this team go and the past couple games he's had an uninspiring slow start

 

TSouth is shooting the ball well, even when they are contested, and the percentage should go down some in the second half. But damn, this team is playing slow. Just no juice.

Down 10 at the half. Just turned it on and can't believe it, but should have known not to get my hopes up with the hot start to the season. Nice touch that the announcers are putting a huge spin on TX Southern not being as bad as their 0-7 record looks. If I didn't laugh I would cry.

 

I don't think so. This is the worst half of basketball I've ever seen by a Gator team. This Texas Southern is not good. They are BAD. A really really BAD team and they are laying the wood to a Gator squad that was ranked what, #10?

Colin, we let you experiment with the 3-pointers so far this year. No more, unless we have a 30-point lead. Those scouts aren't looking at you for that, but they are shaking their heads at it.

 

One of my biggest concerns after Oklahoma was how the team would respond to their first loss. They aren't handling it very well.

 

Until they prove otherwise, this will just be another in a series of moments when Mike White teams shut it down. From that point forward, they consistently disappoint. I also hope it's an aberration, but think it's part of a pattern.
