That is not the point, they DISCRIMINATED against people based on their political view... still fraud, IMHO.

They need to advertise THE TRUTH, that they can and will not do business with people that have different political points of view that they do... see where that lands the management.

Are banks allowed this kind of discrimination?

So... now business owners can just ask if you are liberal and deny you service if you say yes?

No, that is not fraud. Every user agreement has the right to refuse service attached.

Read just about any user agreement. They all reserve the right to refuse service.

Yes. Political viewpoint is not a protected class.

    Yes.

Yeah, if we go down that road that you think is legal then we will have two very different types businesses in our country. One that caters to their political point of view only, and turns way people based on other political views and those that want to make money...

Tell me again how this is legal in the banking/finance/money exchange world again?

I think the SCOTUS will be the final say in this eventually.

If a man that owned a bakery does NOT like the woke or the LGBTQ+ type customer he can simply ask a political question to discriminate against then and refuse service? That is not discrimination against the "protected" class and perfectly legal? Lol... The liberals are a funny weird group of haters.

We have a lot more types of businesses than that. Some businesses won't do business with some people because they think they will be harmful to their other business in some way. Ultimately, that is a choice of the business owner.

Banks are not obligated to do business with you. Nor should they be because they are private entities.

They can do that now. And some do.

I know how you want it... You want special laws for certain people that vote for favorable candidates and politicians that you like... You want special treatment for your "protected" voters...

But besides that there is nothing fair about how you think political rules or laws that govern all American should be administered... it's unequal justice that favors protected class of people that always seem to vote for the Dems.

No doubt. Just let banks stop lending to blacks, hispanics and gays...love to see how that goes for them. They know it's BS, just salty people are pushing back.

Free speech is such an inconvenience and unneeded when you don’t like the message, isn’t it?

“ The War On Wokism.” Ao, the law is a direct attack on speech. The law directed to particular speech. You push a law that says business Can’t discriminate based on political beliefs, but the law is motivated by just that. I support the right if people and businesses to choose who they want to do business with or to rate their practices. For example, I want nothing to do with Nazis or people who spread theories like conspiracies of international bankers to kill capitalism. This is the work of dictators and on old trope. And you are enabling taking of freedom. Every time you post, your fringe ideology just keeps coming out. You are so anti-freedom that you can’t even disguise it.

Race and sexual orientation are immutable characteristics. Your political views aren't.

Beyond pitiful and pathetic and completely woke in the extreme:

South Dakota governor blasts Biden, Vilsack tying school lunch funding to transgender, LGBT policy (msn.com)

Your views on persecution are unconstitutional and disgraceful. America First republicans are starting the America First Reset starting in November. The days of democratic socialist communist party reckoning are closing in. I'll have my popcorn ready to see the demolitions to come over the next 3 years.

Evil? Abortion on a level with China and North Korea which includes infanticide in blue states, persecution of political enemies, opposed to the 1st and 2nd amendments, anti-Christian in actions, and selling America to the highest globalist bidders are all trademarks of the democratic socialist communist party.

Yes, it's a war against your political and economic ideology. There is no need to deny it. There is no common ground either. We intend to kick ass at the ballot box and make undo all of the damage created by the Biden Administration. I think of it as the America First Reset.

Yes, not allowing states to discriminate against gay people in deciding who gets money for food is the work of the woke. That's why I'm proud to be "woke." I wouldn't want to be the sort of bigot who wants to deny food to indigent gay kids.
