If that QB stays healthy, Tenn could be the spoiler this year. While I didn't really expect the Gators to beat Tenn, it was so darn close and that still annoys me- at least a little.

Tenn might beat Bama even if Young does play!

    Go Gators.

If Bama avoids a track meet they should be good.

I think Alabama wins but, it won’t shock me if UT wins. I agree with AgingGator Bama needs to avoid a track meet to win.

Considering UF / UT was arguably the fiercest and most important game in the SEC for a decade, (In the 90's / early 2000s), it is stunning how far UT has "dropped" and for how long.

Outside of Nebraska, what other prominant national power has been out of the picture for so long?

This just could be their year. I've had plenty of Saban and Bama and would not mind seeing an SEC East team kick them to the curb for once in the regular season. ........... OK........I know................blasphemy, but I'm sick of Bama.

Besides we will "SHOCK the WORLD" in 2 weeks! :D

Actually I was for the Vols but it's the same ol crap from them, just with a different coach. Following the felony arrest of their star DB, he's been practicing this week.

UTjr has a shot due to their QB. His improvement from last year is phenomenal. He’s smart with the football and uses his legs when necessary. Will they exorcise the Bama demon, I don’t think so. I don’t think they will be able to handle Will Anderson and company. The reason this will be close is Tennessee’s HUNH offense can put the defense in bad spots.

The university and KPD investigating. Drunk guy walks into his apartment and ends up getting knocked out. Only side of the story we have is the guy so drunk he couldn’t remember what apartment he was in. Side note….these apartments have had more than their share of thefts. Two other plays accused of assault were completely kicked off the team. They have two witnesses that go against the story of the victim. All that said I’ll be shocked if he plays unless the university completes its investigation.

Not for me. Bama is already Bama, so them winning won't really have any affect on anything. Tennessee winning could further boost their status with recruits and help get them back to where they think they should be, which is quite uncool considering they are directly competing with UF in the East.

I want Bama to absolutely wreck them and crush their spirit, hopefully causing them to go on a nice skid and finish with 4+ losses.

Bama has a habit of knocking starting QBs out of games, especially if they’re playing a little too well that day. What chance has Tennessee if Bama manages to knock out Hendon Hooker?

Hooker is pretty mediocre. It is the system. That is the most dangerous thing about it.

Not so much as "gumpy", but I've grown numb to their winning; post below describes my sentiment, as well. When bammer plays uga, slUT, TAMMY, I'll root for bammer just because of who they are playing. Playing the miss. schools, want to keep them down, too, but not as badly. I'll pull for LSU to beat them every time.

Not sure why some of y’all are rooting for Tennessee. I hope Bama destroys them and exposes them for the fraud that they are.

Shouldn't we always root for West division vs. our East teams? Only helps us, right??
