These people are literally stupidest people on planet earth. They will spend tax payer money debating, discussing than codifying into a law a ban on something does not exist.

I am speechless at the depths of Republican stupidity in this country, and saddened by how far we have fallen as a nation in letting the most ignorant, and stupid among us be in charge of making laws.

An ignorant populace is easier to treat like subjects and not citizens. Thanks GOP. What an absolute burning trash heap that party has become.

wait a minute. The bill simply bans the govt from releasing chemicals from planes in order to control air, light, etc ... So you're in favor of releasing those chemicals?

Ha. Make no mistake, hi. I am all for elucidating flaws in reasoning, there must be at least one in the minds of this bill‘s sponsors.

Who will be the first state to ban the federal govt from using witchcraft to hypnotize Americans into thinking they’re gay?

Even so the legislation is absurd on its face. It would apparently ban cloud seeding a technique used to increase the ability of clouds to produce rain for over 60 years and secondly chemicals released from aircraft do not stay put, they travel for hundreds of miles depending on conditions. Even if the legislation were enacted it wouldn't prevent chemicals released in other states or even other countries from drifting over Tennessee.

Seems we could just defeat the chem trails with Jewish space lasers right?

    Problem solved.

    Palmer to Gaffney created cracks.
Grier to Callaway broke the cracks
    Franks to Cleveland finished them.

They are permanently broken from a mental capacity and it's our fault.

I may be mistaken but I believe for cloud seeding to be utilized there must already be clouds present. The idea is for the clouds to release the moisture that is already there?

If that's the case then that doesn't really prove Chem trail conspiracy theorists correct in any way although they seem to use cloud seeding articles as their smoking gun of evidence.
