The incessant virtue signaling is lame. We don’t pay you to virtue signal something that goes without saying. And if it doesn’t go without saying, your problems are larger than a sign will cure.

 

Making a big deal about a cheerful, inoffensive sign is lame.

 

Is everyone welcome? Everyone?

So the school posting signs in every classroom saying “Welcome others and embrace diversity” is allowable, but a teacher putting up a sign that says “Everyone is welcome here” is virtue signaling? Completely moronic.

 

The whole "virtue signaling," concept is moronic. Like expressing virtues is a bad thing.
