It's a form of mental masturbation. They post shit like tampon vending machines in boys restrooms because it makes them feel good. As you pointed out the issue will have virtually no impact on swing voters.
Again, hilarious. They think that because it sticks within their circle jerk that it will stick where it matters. . . with swing voters. It won't, so I try to encourage it.
Is “Tampon Tim” a winning strategy in a country that believes that not all who menstruate are women ?
I find it astonishing how much time is spent talking about things that truly impact less than 1% of society.
It's a form of mental masturbation. They post shit like tampon vending machines in boys restrooms because it makes them feel good. As you pointed out the issue will have virtually no impact on swing voters.
...and yet... here YOU are....
That is a horribly written law. Were the folks who wrote that law products of a Minnesota public school system?
And I reiterate: ***in restrooms regularly used by students in grades 4 to 12*** =/= In restrooms used by "menstruating students". The "menstruating students" is the why they require X; the "in rr's used by studs in grades 4-12" is the requirement (ie the 'X').
I don't think th clumsy draftsmanship was accidental. It's politicians doing politics (ie being douchebags). They try to incorporate this garbage, but in such a way as to preserve plausible deniability. ...and when you or I call em out on their bullshit, they cry back "petty!" Horseshit. At least own whatcha dun, cowardly aWolz pussy... Why was he so proud of it when he signed it into law, now weasely trying to pretend that's not what he did???? Cowboy up pussy. Own it. Then sell it to America, let's see who's really buying.
Again, the law says… The products must be available to all menstruating students in restrooms regularly used by students in grades 4 to 12.” if you think the part about menstruating students is irrelevant to the law, then you could have left it and said… The products must be available in restrooms regularly used by students in grades 4 to 12.” thats what you think is says… but not what it says …Words mean things…
Never said it's irrelevant. I'm saying it's categorically NOT a limitation on what restrooms the law applies to, AND that was no convenient oversight. It was and remains, quite literally, THE point of the law. Hell, look/ listen to the comments leading to it's adoption into law. That was the point. Why the hell are y'all running from this? Own it. Tell us about how great sKamala and aWols are, for assuring that all kids, menstruating or not, will have access to tampons in all bathrooms regularly used by 4-12 grades, that no menstruating student will be deprived of this fundamental need...
After reading more about this, Minnesota already has a law that requires at least one gender neutral signal-user bathroom at schools …. Put tampons in there and the girls bathrooms … both the spirit of the law and the letter of the law is followed … problem solved. No conservatives were harmed in the making of this law.
