Tallahassee Police Officer caught on video framing driver for a DUI

Okay we have seen all the cops camera footage now I presume. Why should anything be believed that the blond cop says because she was caught lying under oath. Everything else proceeded from her lies. The chief of police is involve in the cover up. Every cop involved should go to prison and be banned from policing for life.

 

So there was just one bottle found?

 

Just one open bottle found. I have read reports that he had other unopened bottles in the car but they weren’t logged. He also had a lidded cup. That they said smelled of alcohol. Wonder if that was ever tested?

He was sentenced to 10 days in jail in addition to probation with the normal sanctions. It was a first offense DUI.

 

The man was speeding, weaving in and out of traffic without headlights, had no drivers license, probably no insurance, calling the cops liars and cheaters. admited to drinking "a couple of beers" and you try to fabricate a loophole to get him off Scott free.

This is why I hate civil rights lawyers. Turn him loose so he can kill someone next time.

 

He did make that admission, it's in the 2nd

The only people doing any fabricating were the cops....of the evidence. Sorry, but in a law abiding society, the ends do not justify the means.

Cops fabricate loopholes, manipulate/plant evidence, cover for each others bad behavior and get off scot free all the time tho. While you “hate” civil rights lawyers, you can see why some people hate cops.

 

Did they ever test the cup or his blood for alcohol? The cops were proven to be liars. Why would we take their word for anything.

 

I agree on hating drunk drivers. I think we should lock them up for decades if they are caught but I hate cops fabricating evidence more.

 

I think he would need to consent for blood or breath absent a crash of some type.

 

Typical lawyer trick.....cut out what you want people to think not the full context of what was actually said. Nice try.

 

I'm sorry but if post #2 of this thread did not have civil rights written all over it what exactly do you think it was about? Pretty much every story I have read about the incident jumps right into race which seems to be the big issue here. If you watch the videos the only person on site showing any aggression at all was Riley. I really think the officers bent over backwards to give a drunk, unlicensed driver with his headlights off who refused to cooperate with the police more respect than he earned.
