Boys will have to be boys and girls will have to be girls to participate in sports. Thank you, SCOTUS, even if Neil Gorsuch dropped the ball on this one.

The changes would have permitted biological men to enter women’s bathrooms, locker rooms and dorms in 10 states.

Right thinking people know competing males vs. females should not be happening.

Just a hunch, new rules will be made in the IOC stopping males vs. females competition before the LA Olympics in 2028.

On the flip side, what is the criteria of which a person is considered “trans” and qualifies to use women’s facilities. Is it simply a declaration they are trans? Does that declaration have to formalized? Can I say I’m trans and go into a woman’s bathroom?

 

There is no formalized declaration that I am aware of. Some of them literally toggle back and forth between genders multiple times a week.

Does title 9 only apply to public universities and high schools? If so, this wouldn't apply to professional soccer or basketball and such unless those sports had it written into their rules correct?
