You've called out mods three times...on this page.
    1. Contact mods privately, not through public posts.
    2. You actually don't have a right to know why someone was banned from a privately owned forum. This isn't a democracy and the First Amendment is nothing more that a possible thread topic on a privately owned board.
    3. A cursory search would have found post #103 in the following thread. Dig just a little deeper and you would have had your answer.

Wow. Someone had their fiber this morning…
I have contacted the mods and talked privately. It was a mod who made this public not me.
Do you have any right or standing to tell another poster what they have to do? Guessing probably not.
Even the Mod said he didn’t see anything worthy of a ban.. so yeah…
I have gotten an answer from a mod and have dropped it. But if mods want to thump and brag about someone being banned and make it a public thing then the least they can do is say why.

    Some shocking news

Elite universities really love the top 1%
    AuthorKevin Drum

A new paper delivers the non-shocking news that rich kids have a way better chance of being admitted to super-elite universities than merely affluent kids even if their test scores are the same. This is due to a combination of legacy admissions, athlete preferences, and non-academic credentials, which provide elite universities with all the wiggle room they need to favor the rich:

The moral of the story is that if you want to be rich, attend any college you want. But if you want to be elite, then (a) be born to rich parents and (b) attend an elite university.
