    My opinion, Sally is to Gater baseball what Spurrier was to Gater football and Billy Donovan was to Gater basketball. I remember a time when we were third best in the state always behind Florida State and Miami. Now we are the undisputed kings of baseball at least in the state. Sully has been to the super regionals if I’m not wrong 10 times. He lost the first one and has won the last nine! Look what he has done this year with a group of freshman. I’m absolutely stunned that we made it to the CWS and hoping for a Mississippi like miracle or maybe we can make it through and win the whole thing. Unlikely but possible.
    I just hope one day the pros don’t come calling and hired Sully away from us.

    It's the sentiment that matters. I think the OP has a good thing in mind in heaping Praises on SULLY who is a Great GATOR Coach!!

    Now this is more like it. Isn't our guy undefeated in super regionals? Also, hasn't he taken the Gators to more Super Regionals than all others before him combined? The answer to both is yes. If you trash Sully on this board the likelihood of you having played sports beyond tee ball is almost null.

    I don't know if anyone else has noticed but Finn Sully has been attending games in the NCAA's and not during the regular season. Maybe we should have a Finn Sully appreciation thread.

    Perhaps Sally could do a better job counting to 6. If so she might deserve her own appreciation thread.

    I really appreciate 'Sully being our Head Coach and hope he is for another 10,15,..20 years. I know his forte is being a great pitching coach. Watching the young arms develop this year has been hard at times but they are turning the corner at the right time, (same with some of our hitters). No better time of the year to be hot than at the end of the year! Hope it keeps on carrying through this years CWS. Congrats to the team for getting this far, and still in reach of a Championship! :)

    Sally is a damn good ball coach but that guy sully can safely land a damn jet on a river!
