Your dead horse should be just about totally mutilated by now. You’ve kicked it in every thread over and over again. Why don’t you give your foot a rest? All your pissing and moaning accomplishes nothing because you are nothing but a tiny speck of dust in the scheme of Gator athletics.

I coached Kade. He knew football like most 14 year olds know the X Box.

Gosh I hope you're wrong or Napier could end up as the poster child for stubbornness over Muschamp. He should go have a LONG chat with Coach Spurrier and learn a little about UF history and how Spurrier was able to reverse it and be successful.

Don't for a second think that enough specks of dust collectively voting with their butts don't have an impact on a coach's future. UF did everything possible to hang on to Will Muschamp, but when the stands emptied out and the recruiting went off the cliff, they had no choice but to act.

Meh. The only chance this year of the stands emptying out are against FSU and that ain’t happening. I doubt it happens next year either with the excitement of Lagway possibly playing.

It will be one of the best home schedules ever in terms of opponents, but it could get ugly in the W & L column. I'm just hoping we don't have a wheels fall off kind of season like Muschamp had in 2013. He was a dead man walking in 2014.

He has moved up very slowly but steadily. At one time I wished he could work out coming back to his alma mater in some coaching capacity, but I'm not sure it will ever happen at this juncture (even if he has the desire).

I though he should have stayed in Valdosta and become a legend there.

Sounds like he had the itch to try his hand at the FBS level. I can't blame him.

Good post. I am a Napier fan but maybe OC and HC is too much

Their RZ offense had not been great early in the year.
The calls in particular late in the game bs the Jets were of the prevent offense style.

I’m not as critical but they do seem to be a bit off compared to last year. SOS and missing players are likely part of it.

Plus they are Eagles fans, Gator fans are like Mother Theresa compared to them.

Agree on all points. It’s like Muschamp 2.0, without the solid D..

Difference was in 2013 Champ had a terrible injury bug hit, if I recall correctly we had like 8-9 starters out for a big part of the season.

Don't look now but the injuries are piling up now as well. Part of what drew me back to that reference as well.

Yeah and we seemingly have even less depth than champ did, curious how we really have 85 scholarship players, yet we seem so damn thin at OL and LB.
