It’s funny because two of the best realistic candidates out there for OC and DC are two guys we fired so would never take the job (Mullen and Muschamp).

Can he bring his player that doled out the upper cut to the pills today so we can get a clean shot on Kirbys nethers?

How about the guy for Arkansas who just rang us up for almost 500 yards?

Throw a pile of money at him!

That would definitely shore up our offense and defense but not sure what it would do for everyones sanity.

I've said on here several times I wish we had gotten Todd Monken last season when he left Georgia for the NFL.

I know it would never happen but as long as we're dreaming - I'd love to have him as our OC......

Personally, I’d love to hire someone who values the designed QB run game. But Billy doesn’t value that, so he won’t hire someone who does.

Like Austin Armstrong, he’ll reach out to people he trusts from his career and get their recommendations. Bonus points if they’re a buddy of his. He’ll hire whomever doesn’t get spooked about his job security and therefore doesn’t turn him down.

They will have at least that amount. Not a stretch.

Pretty sure it’s Jeff Scott, and not sure why we didn’t hire him this off-season

If he does make a hire in the offseason, since most of Billy’s hires have had some connection to him in the past, my bet would be Willy Korn. Not necessarily the most proven, but I wouldn’t be upset about it.

Does Napier have any flunky buddies from the Sunbelt that are still unemployed or did he hire them all already?

Better hope ULL doesn’t fire their head coach, cause he’ll be Billy’s first call.

That would certainly check a lot of the Billy Boxes, but yeah- why wasn’t he already brought in, other than Billy stubbornness?

Don’t see much shine left on Jeff Scott, though. Nobody hired him after USF so Billy would have to convince him to give up head coaching duties of his kid’s soccer team.
