I’m wondering if it’s possible to require one’s age to be included in any post, so we could all see the number of pre-adolescents who are “contributing” their thoughts. Clearly we have way many posting who have never really watched football at the nuanced level, let alone played.
Can we also get a number 1-100 to indicate how much our opinion is superior to everyone else's? Clearly we have posters who think their shit don't stink.
Preadolesants? If we showed posters' age, id wager this place would make the AARP look like the Mickey Mouse club.
As long as I don’t have to spin that year wheel! Each year I’m spinning it like a Vegas slot machine to reach my birth year.
I am of the opinion that many of the in game posters are not regular posters here; often, I see in game posts that are hyperbolic and inaccurate and quite possibly alcohol induced. Not to say there isn’t also a good number of posters who post intelligent topics and who are clearly knowledgable about UF and college football. Just my opinion.
I think once the scale finally tips and we start winning again, there will be an ever so brief period of posting bliss before everyone gets all lathered, despondent and disgusted with the way we managed to secure victory. Man, those were the days... Go Gators.
I can’t do fb idiots. The few here, aren’t so bad. Gameday is a different story, it’s like they let daycare out and they got their first beer.
My thought has always been that blanket criticism, in lieu of any context, is of no use to the board. If ya wanna harp on someone's post, then quote it and harp away. Otherwise, such complaints appear like . . . P.S. I'm with @92gator re: age of board members. We're mostly a bunch of old farts around here. Now emotional age is another matter. Wait . . . was that a blanket criticism?
