Just saw the video. I was expecting malice at the palace. I was disappointed. Seemed to be pretty under control but maybe the video I saw was more after the fact.
I think Wagner and Bryant is that Russian contractor military company. No uniforms, no supposed national alliance. This could have been an exercise.

So Wagner College is a school on Staten Island in NY with 2,200 kids and a 70 percent acceptance rate. Don’t know anything else other than not hard to get in and a lousy basketball team Bryant is a school in Rhode Island with 3,700 kids and a 76 percent acceptance rate.
