If Trump is re-elected, I believe Biden wound pardon him. How on earth could we have a president facing jail? The bigger problem is how to handle the state prosecutions, which are not subject to presidential pardon power.

As long as they can have MAGA candidates, and not have Democrats in office, they don’t care if there is ever an election again. Isn’t that what Pence rejecting lawful electors for fraudulent electors was about? Or what returning this to GOP state legislatures was about? And why do you think that Trump waited until law enforcement started to get control of the capital to tell people to leave? What do you think he sat on his ass and did nothing? The answer is self evident, but now of his supporters care. Instead. They leaped onto 2000 Mules and the video released during the insurrection of areas of the capital where the routers were not present. And how many posters defended it as a peaceful protest?
