    A few observations:
    - I wish JS wouldn't make all those facial expressions trying to be so "cute";
    - Who has ever seen an UNSTAGED grocery store with almost no one in it?;
    - Same with the subway
    - Germany invented the grocery cart system which so fascinated TT (Traitor Tucker) and can be found at any Aldi store in AMERICA
    - Is anyone else struck by how spinelessly pathetic TT seems as a human being compared to Aleksei Navalny?
    - Did anyone over, say, 50, ever think he or she would live to see they day when an American media personality would venture to and fawn so shamelessly over Russia?

    As an American, TT is allowed to go and say what he wants. I just hope he feels the approbation and disgust of true, patriotic Americans.

    Who wants to remember to bring a quarter to the grocery store? Not me! This is America dammit!

    Tucker is amazed at shopping carts with coin deposits? Is he not aware that we had them in the USA decades ago? Does he really think that 25¢ is stopping someone from stealing a grocery cart? We also have magnetized shopping cart escalators, but those are only necessary if your grocery store is above the first floor. Most of our are in the road level, so there is no need for it. Fresh bread? lol. Yeah I’m sure it’s artisan quality bread. They mass produce and bake pre-made dough like any other grocery store. It will still smell fresh just like Publix’s does.

    It is somewhat interesting to see what "real" Russia is like. I will give ol' Tucker that much.

    As someone over 50, I was constantly being told how near 3rd-world Russia was. How fat and ugly their women were. This was a funny commercial Wendy's made that summed up how Russia was portrayed.

    Imagine my shock when I first saw Maria Sharapova. Wow!

    Having been to Russia, I remember there being almost no women in the 30-50 range (or at least any I noticed). All the women seemed either very young or extremely old, there was no middle ground. Moscow is a pretty amazing city, but there are parts that seem pretty grim. St. Petersburg was the most "European" of the cities I went to, much different vibe from Moscow and Minsk in Belarus, which seem like places to die of alcoholism at age 40.

    LOL, Tucker is the heretic, almost the whole of the American media pledging undying fealty to the military-industrial complex, narrative enforcing jackals. I’m actually a little concerned for Tucker’s safety.

    Here's an old SAT analogy

    Jon Stewart: The Left :: Tucker: The Right

    Both are shills.

    What absurd and utter horse shite.

    Let me know as soon as Jon Stewart hosts a special trying to peddle to Americans how amazing Venezuela is, while fawning over Maduro during an interview.

    That's interesting. I'd always heard people speak about Russian models (and Eastern European women generally) in very glowing terms. I personally tend to prefer brunettes, but some of the prettiest blondes I've ever seen in tv, movies, and sports have been Russian.

    Let's throw in Anna Kournikova, too. Unlike Sharaprova, I read that Kournikova is a U.S. citizen. From what I can tell, both Kournikova and Sharapova live in Florida. Maybe they aren't as infatuated with the shopping carts as Tucker is. Russia is definitely sending us its best!

    So John Stewart isn't a shill for the left? We'll just have to disagree. And I won't even give you a come on man for it.

    Yeah, I always appreciated that Stewart and Bill O'Reilly, for example, were willing to have discussions and even a formal debate or two - not that commentators are required to do those things. Tucker put himself out there back in the day on Crossfire when he had to defend his positions, but he's really changed a lot over the years. Surprisingly, Tucker seemed to get less serious after he lost the bowtie.

    Russia has somehow managed to hang on to this beauty. Aside from her sultry voice, she’s a concert pianist, holds a degree in economics and law and speaks eight languages …

    Thanks, as much as things have changed since the dark nineties, I gather that change has only accelerated since you were there. Ex: Moscow is well along in replacing its ‘grim suburbs’ almost whole cloth.
