I understand his position and not wanting to step on toes. However, I believe if you see BS, it will never be addressed if you don't call it out. Takes courage and conviction that you that you are correct in your beliefs it is wrong. Maybe with just 1 practice he chalks it up to they were having an off day, but once the results were in, it confirmed his suspicions.

It's also possible that if 1 breaks ranks, others might have followed suit, never know. I just find it frustrating when all the stories turn to, well I didn't want say anything at the time, but....

 

Wouldn't be the least bit surprised if all the cooks are in silent mutiny. I haven't seen or heard ANTHING from AA, you could tell me he is FMLA and I would believe you.

 

Distinct possibility.
I have noticed AA has gone from being very visible last year to not so visible this year. I think he is in the box now but, I figured he is the guy you want on the sideline because enthusiasm can be infectious and we don’t display a lot of that.

 

I don’t think he has the mental capacity to do that?

 

Sideline looks like people watching a community play.

Yes but it’s the same now. He knows better than acting like a petulant bitch. He sees more than we do and still has the self awareness to stifle it.

 

To be fair, I live two hours away (yes, I now reside in Mississippi) and I bought the tickets in the summer when optimism was still at its peak.

 

He just thought about doing this NOW? Shouldn’t this happened in the first spring practice three years ago??
