That's not the issue. The issue is we play 6 home games and they play 8. That field will look like a sand pit by the end of the season.

People who dont know any better often use specific terms in a general fashion.

    Yeah, it's a compression sleeve.

Latest stuff on Twitter says injury not as serious as initially thought.

I believe they have the option of playing 3 games in London so that will likely reduce the load a bit, plus the last month or so of the season if after UF is done.

Are you serious? This is unbelievable if true (I know…an oxymoron).

CBS sports is reporting Lagway my play against Texas. Injury not as serious as first thought
DJ Lagway injury update: Prognosis for Florida QB improves, freshman could play against Texas in Week 11
    By Shehan Jeyarajah

    1m ago•1 min read
Florida quarterback DJ Lagway's prognosis is better than expected after he suffered what appeared to be a serious non-contact injury against Georgia in Week 10. Gators coach Billy Napier said that Lagway could play as soon as this week against Texas.

I’m not a doctor but it seems there is no way this guy should play against Texas. It would be great if we could get him back for ole miss but that should be a more realistic goal, if not FSU. Napier may not think about the long term but his doctor better. Trying to get him to play this week is scary.

Hopefully DJ is back sooner than later. Don't rush it. I'd be happy to close with a W against fsu. I don't care how bad they are. End on a high note.

That's we have Drs involved and UF has a history of being cautious going back to the 70s in not playing Scott Brantley. Let the professionals do their jobs.

I don't see Napier and the Medical Staff as the type to rush him. If DJ and them feel he is ready, he will play. If not, then he won't.

After thinking that game could be a loss without him, I'd agree.

I'm not sure if losing Lagway cost us the Georgia game, or if it was lost by a snap of the ball that went some 30 yards behind the line of scrimmage. The longest long snap in football history?

    1) Even if it's just a strain, he's likely to risk reinjury playing this soon at a high level needed for college football.
    2) Napier wants Texas to game plan for DJ even if he isn't playing.

And who gets carted off the field for a hamstring strain?
